Competing principles

Did you ever wonder how a libertarian magazine would react if it had to choose a position from between the availability of federal taxpayer-funded subsidies for a non-constitutionally anticipated busybody program like AIDS education in developing countries and an unconditional right to prostitution? Wonder no more.

It may not seem entirely unreasonable that a legislature contributing $15 billion to fight AIDS make some demands about the way it is used.
It may seem entirely un-Reason-like to stand up for a legislature "contributing" money to fight AIDS. But:
