Dahlia Lithwick says there ought to be a second woman on the Supreme Court, and wonders -- legitimately, now that I consider her case -- why everyone is singling out Sen. Feinstein's dubious performance on the Senate Judiciary Committee in the Roberts hearings.
"[W]hile we're at it we need a few more women on the Senate judiciary committee." How about George Voinovich?
