No money to see here

Total spent on 2004 federal election cycle by:

Planned Parenthood: $857,272

Republicans For Choice: $539,504

NARAL Pro-Choice America: $472,278

Republican Majority For Choice: $171,637

Washington Women For Choice: $124,961

Prostate Cancer Research PAC: $41,184

To be fair, prostate cancer is 1.9 percent the health problem abortion is, and affects 1.9 percent the number of patients. (Or not.)

That's disingenuous, Matt, although I am starting to not be as surprised anymore.

You said there is lots of money to made in abortions. Then you post PAC money receieved for fighting to keep something that is the current law of the land while it is under extreme attack. The implication of your prior post was that abortion was a profit making venture of some sort. Yeah, sure, people are getting rich from abortion, if you say so. (sorry, I don't do sarcasm as well as you do.)

But that's okay, rock on with yer bad self.

Shouldn't you be explaining to me that I'm wrong, and there really is more money spent by pro-choice PACs than prostate cancer ones?

No.

But those Senior Citizen based PACs clearly must be stopped. Just look at the money they are making off of being OLD!

;^p

As always, I thank you for the opportunity to post on yer blog, Matt. If I don't respond to a post characterizing people who believe in preserving the RIGHT to have a federally funded, safe, legal abortion as anything other than heroes, assume that I am dead. Then you can celebrate or something.
